This article is important because it informs the reader of a highly known and high record movie. It discusses the success through out the twilight saga's. I specifically chose this article because I am a Twilight fan and i have seen all the movies. I have been waiting for part 2 and I can not wait to go see it.
As a student, this article impacts me because the movie being discusses has influence me to read the novels. In the future when if i become a filmmaker this article helps me stay involved in the film industry by informing me about high rating movies. As a consumer, this article keeps me informed on the top box office films.
By reading this article I have developed a few questions: As predicted, will this movie have the highest ratings in the box office? Does Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's real relationship have an impact on this films success? Did Kristen and Robert get back together just as publicity stunt?

The relationship does seem to really impact the movie positively... everyone's curious.
ReplyDeleteTwilight seems to be the thing that public has a love hate relationship with, and now that it's ending I wonder how the fans will react and if it will be easy for the crew/filmmakers to get other jobs if Breaking Dawn Part 2 is successful.
I've been thinking the same thing about the relationship. Maybe it was a publicity stint...it just makes me sad to think how many people that affair impacted. I have no doubts Breaking Dawn Pt. 2 will break records though. That's how movies work. Just look at Harry Potter :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is a publicity stunt. I think they are doing it because they actually like each other. Many people like this series, so it doesn't surprise me if the movie breaks the records. I have seen all of them and I think of all their series this is the one I want to see the most.

ReplyDeleteI honesty don't believe their relationship is all for publicity, I'm happy their back together because thats what obviously makes them happy. I'm looking forward for their new movie coming up, I am a huge fan !
